* + Manage purchase orders based on inventory levels and production demand using a fully

+ Run and analyze ERP status reports to ensure adequate material availability for projected

+ production needs.

+ Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring the procurement of high-quality

+ components at the most cost-effective pricing.

+ Manage and evaluate supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

+ Source new suppliers and conduct vendor qualification activities.

+ Establish and maintain purchasing department practices and procedures.

+ Ensure accurate maintenance and organization of all purchasing documentation.

+ Negotiate, audit, and manage freight terms and associated costs.

+ Other duties as assigned.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* -    Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent

-    experience).

-    Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience within a custom equipment manufacturing

-    environment.

-    Experience supporting flexible production scheduling.

-    Proficient with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor 10.

-    Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

-    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-    Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

-    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

-    Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
