Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Supervises one or more Sales Departments, including merchandise presentation and inventory control.;
Staff the departments with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing, selection, training, and performance appraisals.;
Coaches and motivates associates, maintains positive customer relations, and promotes a productive team environment.;
Provides legendary customer service by identifying needs and recommending products; promotes CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up programs.;
Opens and closes the store; maintains planograms and ensures adherence to company policies and applicable laws.
