Supervise the firearms department to ensure ATF/state/federal compliance and adherence to company policies.;
Manage merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and sales initiatives within the firearms department.;
Lead staff selection, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluation to maintain a high level of customer service.;
Ensure firearms handling safety, compliance coaching, and investigations as needed, and resolve customer and associate issues.;
Open/close the store, manage keys and alarm codes, and perform Manager on Duty responsibilities while driving sales goals.
