Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction to department associates on firearm sales, safety, and customer service standards;
Lead merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and plan-o-grams per corporate directives;
Staff department with service-oriented associates, participate in interviewing and training; prepare weekly schedules; coach and motivate;
Ensure compliance with ATF, state and local laws and firearm forms (4473, 3310);
Maintain product knowledge and conduct staff product demos; assist with special events and pricing integrity
