Manpower is seeking an experienced Order Management Delivery Operator 1 to support order processing, material returns, shipment verification, and contract administration functions.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify delivery addresses and contact information before outgoing shipments are released.
• Support the current Contract Administrator with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with shipment date changes.
• Validate tax exemption documentation.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and delivery details.
• Complete additional order management and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with order processing, shipping, logistics, or contract administration is preferred.
