Job Title
Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
10+ years of construction experience.
10+ years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project execution.
Ability to oversee construction activities.
Experience working with contractors.
Responsibilities:
Project implementation for short-term results (1 year or less).
Ensures project deliverables are achieved – cost, schedule, quality.
Set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
Ensure work is being performed in accordance with regulatory requirements, especially OSHA requirements.
Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
Assist with investigating accidents and environmental incidents.
Provide advice and training on safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by all stakeholders.
Coordinate work between the various contractors on a project.
Nice to Have:
Engineering degree or engineering background preferred.
Experience in commercial construction, communications infrastructure, energy projects, industrial facilities, or general construction projects.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualification And
Education:
Some college coursework in technical & construction management.
