Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact- Lead planning and execution of capital real estate projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage contracts, budgets, invoicing, and project timelines
- Oversee construction progress, quality, and site activities
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Serve as the primary communication point for all stakeholders
- Support facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project or facility management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations
- Proven leadership, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with project management tools and financial processes
- Certifications such as PMP or CFM are a plus
