Overview and ResponsibilitiesJob Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Location Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for day-to-day management of company operations. Exercises management principles to ensure profitability, control assets, and communicate company philosophy and objectives to the staff and community.

Implement company policies and procedures
Manage key accounts and referral sources
Provide staff training on products and procedures
Conduct physical inventory
Build CSR team to improve telemarketing and customer service
Stay updated on Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations
Develop one employee annually for a management role
Ensure inventory standards are met
Ensure timely documentation for reimbursements (CMN)
Conduct annual employee evaluations and set goals
Act on reports from inspection agencies
Hire staff with senior management approval
Implement quality improvement programs to meet company and JCAHO standards
Maintain policy correspondence binder and update manuals
Liaise with staff, Billing Department, and management
Manage materials procurement and asset control
Monitor company expenses and A/R aging report
Track marketing plan and budget
Participate in meetings as needed
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related or equivalent experience in HME, Home Health Industry, or Business
- Experience with medical equipment, preferred
- Experience with medical billing practices and of billing reimbursement, preferred
- Experience in medical field and administrative record management, preferred
- Three years of related work experience, preferred
- Medical terminology, preferred

- Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
- Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
- Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
