How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead the operational procurement team to ensure all components are sourced and delivered by the supply chain in a timely manner, aligned with production schedules and demand.
  • Collaborate closely with the group to address challenges, update material schedules, and ensure MRP systems accurately reflect forecasts and product demand.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams locally and globally to drive innovation and enhance efficiency in supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to guarantee on‑time deliveries that meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Foster professional and consistent supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement creative, innovative processes for material planning and procurement to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 8‑10 years’ experience handling an SCM team, with 3‑5 years’ experience in an engineer or supply chain environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of operational buying principles and of manufacturing processes and materials management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; analytical and strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Results oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
  • Experience in the Energy Products industry, with knowledge of circuit breaker products a plus.
