Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned division within the commercial cleaning service area
- Recruit, train, and manage frontline cleaning staff to ensure high performance and retention
- Conduct quality control inspections at client sites to maintain Service Master standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning crews across multiple commercial accounts
- Monitor supply inventory and equipment maintenance for the division
- Track and report on key performance metrics, productivity, and budget compliance
- Prior experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or a related service industry
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing teams
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting
