Sets up and closes kitchen for total operational functionality of shift and following shift.;
Prepares all items on kitchen prep list following Zaxby's training procedures to ensure all food items are fully stocked for a shift.;
Maintains a clean work station and aids other BOH team members in this task; completes the BOH checklist for assigned workstation.;
Knows the correct and safe procedures for using and maintaining kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, hot holding bins, and other kitchen equipment.;
Follows FIFO inventory procedures and labels all prepared food items and stores correctly.
