Chiller Service Technician

CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Chiller Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair large commercial and industrial chiller systems.

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial chiller systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Familiarity with common commercial equipment brands:
  Fulton, Ray Pak, Aerco
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical components (including compressors)
• Analyze system performance and efficiency
• Work with building automation and control systems
• Maintain service documentation and system reports
• Maintain tools such as combustion analyzers
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently

• 5–7 years servicing commercial chiller systems
• Strong experience servicing large commercial chillers
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Familiarity with centrical chillers
• All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systems
• 9/80 work schedule(every other Friday off)
