Fed Ex Freight is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance personnel, activities and equipment readiness at a large Fed Ex Freight shop location. You will lead, educate and develop staff while ensuring repairs are completed to high quality and on schedule.
This role requires coordinating with Operations, planning daily staffing, monitoring performance, and driving cost efficiencies. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license and DOT knowledge are preferred.
