Project Support Specialist - Nuclear or Engineering Projects

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Support Specialist – Nuclear or Engineering Projects position for our client.

Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months

Provide advanced administrative and technical support to Construction and Project Management teams while working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining project SharePoint and Teams sites; uploading, publishing, archiving, and organizing project documentation; tracking project files and statuses; and supporting project startup and closeout activities.

Additional duties include providing SharePoint user support and training, preparing written and oral communications, supporting employee and contractor in-processing and off-boarding, coordinating training activities, supporting the biennial refueling outage as assigned, and performing other related duties.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and One Note
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude and customer service mindset

Required (one of the following):

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience
• Associate degree and 4+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience
• High School diploma/GED and 6+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience

Desired:

• Experience supporting nuclear or large-scale engineering projects
• Prior SharePoint-focused administrative support experience

• PMP Certification
• Construction Management Certification

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $25.00 to $52.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
