We’re a small, experienced team looking for a dependable, upbeat, and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to help support daily operations and provide excellent service to our commercial and residential clients.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being an essential part of a team.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations, including:
- Serving as a professional and friendly point of contact for customers
- Answering and managing calls on a multi-line phone system
- Supporting the Property Manager & Operations Manager with correspondence, scheduling, and coordination
- Scheduling work orders and tracking follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Managing multiple calendars, reminders, and meeting prep
- Creating and updating documents and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maintaining organized communication logs and files
- Coordinating time-sensitive compliance inspections
- Attending networking events and assisting with outreach/cold-calling efforts to help grow the business
- Supporting multiple departments and adapting as priorities shift

What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
- A proactive self-starter who follows through
- A true team player who enjoys improving systems
- 3+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend occasional local networking/outreach events
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must be willing to obtain a Real Estate License during employment (employer-paid)
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- In-person position (no remote work)
- $20–per hour DOE
- Paid holidays
- PTO/Vacation after 1 year

This position does not currently include medical, dental, or vision benefits.
