Agape Pediatric Therapy
, a therapist-owned outpatient pediatric clinic in Richland, WA, is hiring a full-time Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator to join our award-winning team. Agape provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for children of all ages and conditions. We currently have 9 providers on our speech team, 6 on our OT team, and 3 on our PT team. Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.
About the role:
The Scheduling Coordinator helps create a warm and welcoming experience for our patients and families
. The Scheduling Coordinator manages patient schedules
, communicates with families
, coordinates with therapists and administrative staff, and keeps the clinic running smoothly.
- Greet families warmly in person and on the phone
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments
- Manage waitlist and coordinate openings efficiently
- Call and fax physician offices
- Communicate with families regarding attendance, cancellations, and clinic policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area for families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
- Work both independently and cooperatively with members of our team
- Support clinic culture and mission
This is a 40 hour/week position with the following schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Prior medical scheduling experience is required.
