About the Job: The Branch Administrator is a vital part of the branch team, ensuring the seamless execution of administrative, financial, and project coordination activities. This role partners closely with leadership, project teams, and cross-functional departments to support daily operations, maintain organization, and help drive overall branch efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the branch team and leadership
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions
- Post and maintain monthly safety meeting materials and documentation
- Process bi-weekly credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate, maintain, and post job files
- Coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with the Human Resources team
- Support project management activities, including:
- Reviewing timesheets
- Assisting with invoicing
- Coordinating with vendors
- Managing permits
- Arranging travel logistics
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Valid driver's license required
