Senior Director, Business Development, Pharma

The Senior Director of Business Development, Pharma will manage and expand business relationships with existing pharmaceutical clients, identify and pursue opportunities with new clients, and oversee the development of proposals and contract negotiations. This role requires strategic planning to drive revenue growth, collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients, and staying informed about industry trends to effectively position the company's services.

Salary Range: $212,289 - $262,594 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
