Pro Sidian seeks a Cost/Price Analyst for program support on a contract contingent generally located across the CONUS
- Richland, Washington across the Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Cost/Price Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under job task category 02 assistant manager for business & assistant manager for procurement functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional - general support services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) position;
however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.
Provide services and support as a Cost/Price Analyst in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on environmental services solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM/HFO) | DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH generally located in CONUS
- Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (of country/world).
Business and procurement support optimize resources, ensure compliance, streamline acquisitions, and strengthen Hanford mission execution efficiency.
Support budget planning, execution, reporting, reconciliations, audits. This role provides services and support for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement under Job Task #02.14 - Cost/Price Analyst with support functions for finance & budget support, procurement/contract administration support, workforce management & training support, compensation program act business support, and audit coordination support.
Cost/Price Analyst:
Conducts cost analyses for contractor proposals and develops and recommends price/cost objectives and strategies for negotiations. This role is crucial for ensuring financial accountability and effective contract management by conducting comprehensive cost and price analyses, supporting negotiations, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 2 FTEs for this Pro Sidian Engagement Team Role.
The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region is at or near CONUS

Desired qualifications for Cost/Price Analyst candidates:
5–8+ years finance/budget experience; DOE helpful.
Education/experience requirements/qualifications:
BA/BS Finance/Accounting; CPA helpful.
