Radiological Compliance Analyst

Pro Sidian seeks a Radiological Compliance Analyst for program support on a contract basis, generally located across the CONUS
- Richland, Washington, across the Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Radiological Compliance Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under job task category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) functional area / swim lane / category discipline professional - general support services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) position;

however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as a Radiological Compliance Analyst in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on environmental services solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH generally located in CONUS
- Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (of country/world).

Safety, environment, and quality services ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanford's cleanup mission success.

Responsibilities and duties
- Radiological Compliance Analyst:

Analyze dosimetry, support ALARA planning, ensure compliance, prepare reports. This role provides services and support for Program Office #05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) under Job Task #05.22 - Radiological Compliance Analyst with support functions for electrical, facility representative, industrial hygiene/occupational safety, training, environmental/regulatory, safety and security enforcement, nuclear safety, criticality safety, engineering (radiological protection, structural, quality assurance, fire protection), technical & regulatory support services provided across the Hanford Field Office (HFO).

Radiological Compliance Analyst:
Reviews radiological control programs for compliance, ensuring safety and legal standards are met. This role is crucial for ensuring that radiological control programs meet legal and regulatory standards, contributing to the safety and compliance of operations at the Hanford site. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 1 FTEs for this Pro Sidian Engagement Team Role.

The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region is at or near CONUS
- Richland, Washington. Initially identified work site address (subject to change or working remotely): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354

Qualifications

Desired qualifications for Radiological Compliance Analyst candidates:

5–8+ years radiological control; DOE preferred.

BS Health Physics or related;
Rad Worker qualified.

5–8+ years radiological control; DOE preferred.

This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector and Radiological Compliance Analyst candidates principally support oversight and general support services under job task category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) functional area activities.

Skills required:
