Pro Sidian Consulting is looking for a AMRP Project Management (PM) Support Specialist (Full-Time) located in The Hanford Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford in Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities
- Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area.
The Pro Sidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford [which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL), and Office of River Protection (ORP)] in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
Pro Sidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support.
It is also Pro Sidian's duty to protect all classified information, special nuclear material, and other DOE property and work in accordance with DOE security regulations and requirements to maintain responsibility for protecting all classified information and all classified matter (including documents, material and special nuclear material) which are in every Engagement Team Member's possession and in connection with the performance of work under this contract against sabotage, espionage, loss or theft.
AMRP PC-PM Support Candidates shall work to support requirements as a AMRP Project Management (PM) Support Specialist and provide River And Plateau Project Support and project cost controls support related analysis services for technical project document development, review, analysis, and coordination for the Richland Operations Office (RL) and the Assistant Manager for the River and Plateau (AMRP)
The AMRP Project Management (PM) Support Specialist shall provide support to the Federal Project Directors (FPDs) for AMRP (excluding the RL-0011 Plutonium Finishing Plant project) in the following areas:
- Provide project controls support with preparation, review, and issuance of capital asset project documentation and reports supporting DOE Order 413.3.
- Provide project controls support (review, analysis, and tracking) including review and analysis of project deliverables and commitments.
- Provide project controls support with line management review of project activities.
- Provide project controls support with tracking the completion of the project's objectives and documentation.
- Provide project controls support with assessment of the project baseline and review of The AMRP Project Controls/Project Management (PC/PM) Specialist's baseline.
The AMRP Project Management (PM) Support Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PM
AMRP Project Management (PM) Support Specialist personnel shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field.
- Broad understanding of project management requirements, analysis, and control.
- Experience with project planning, tracking, reporting and management.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Experience coordinating with a technical staff to compile technical input on project management reviews, status and deliverables.
- General understanding of project management software.
- Proficiency of MS Office tools.
- Project management training.
- Excellent communications skills.
- U.S. citizenship.
TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
