Job Duties/Scope Of Work

Works closely with HMIS Training Manager, organizational clients, and training department staff to assure implementation and delivery of focused training processes and programs. Responsible for training instructional system design, development, and implementation. Perform evaluations of current organization training systems and materials to identify and prioritize areas for improvement. Maintain responsibility for development, revision, and maintenance of training procedures. Performs other related tasks as required in training activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging instructional technologies and design demonstrated competency to communicate technical topics and terms effectively to the end-user.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of a systematic approach to training such as the Analysis Design Development Implementation & Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
  • Works well in a team environment and has excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to use project management skills and complete projects by deadline. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed to facilitate organizational milestones. Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate to peers and management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience delivering Instructor-led courses.
  • Experience creating Computer-based training utilizing Articulate software or similar.
  • Experience as an operations supervisor or training/qualifying operations supervisors.
  • Working knowledge of DOE Order 426.2/426.2A

  • Grade 16: $90,150 - $113,550
  • Grade 17: $99,063 - $124,788
  • Grade 18: $109,013 - $137,538

In accordance with the HMIS salary determination process, offers will be made by taking into consideration the level of assigned job duties, responsibilities, and the candidate's qualifications relative to internal peers and the external labor market.
