Front Desk Attendant

Be the face of CBRC and help create the experience our members know and love.

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. In this role, you’ll welcome members, support daily club operations, and help make CBRC a place where people feel connected and cared for.

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and respond to member needs promptly
• Schedule tennis courts, massage appointments, and club spaces
• Process check-ins and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Share information on club programs, services, and upcoming events
• Support program registrations and promote club offerings
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment

• Manage multi-line phone system and front desk traffic efficiently
• Monitor member accounts and communicate any issues appropriately
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including basic audits and reporting
• Direct members and guests throughout the facility
• Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and care
• Support emergency procedures as directed by the Manager on Duty
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Positive, team-first attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
