• $520,000 Base Salary
• $30,000 Quality Bonus
• $125,000 Sign-On Bonus+$50,000 Retention Bonus

• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

Practice Highlights:

• Level II Trauma Center with24,000 cases annuallyacross Main OR and three ASCs
• 2,700 births annually; service lines include general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, neuro, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, robotics, and more
• Call coverage shared equitably within the group
