Southside Church in Richland, WA is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to lead us in making new disciples and welcoming them into a healthy, growing congregation. The pastor will teach biblical truth, cast vision, and equip the church for its mission, while guiding staff and church operations. We prefer an individual with an M.
Div. or equivalent and prior pastoral experience. The pastor serves under the Board and, with its approval, hires, compensates, and removes church staff, paid or unpaid.
