** Nature of Position
** The Digital Media Coordinator supports the development and distribution of digital media content to enhance agency communications and customer engagement. This role focuses on capturing and editing visual content, maintaining digital media assets, supporting graphic design needs, and assisting with basic data tracking and reporting.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Capture and document agency events, locations, and operations through photography and videography
* Edit and produce photo and video content for internal and external use
* Maintain an organized and accessible digital media library
* Provide graphic design support for marketing materials and communications
* Assist in creating customer-facing visuals that simplify complex information
* Collect and compile data from surveys, website analytics, social media, and transit applications for reporting purposes
* Create and update rider alerts on the agency website and Transit App
* Perform basic quality checks on published content to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Support event setup needs related to media coverage (equipment prep, coordination, etc.)
* Other duties as assigned
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
*** Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Basic understanding of photography, videography, and editing techniques
* Ability to organize and manage digital files and content
* Ability to compile and present basic data in a clear format
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
