Structures Mechanic – Boeing 737 Program
Wichita, KS (Training Location)
$47/hr + Per Diem (Non‑local candidates 100+ miles)
Must be open to either shift

. This is a hands‑on opportunity for experienced Structures / Sheet Metal Mechanics looking for strong pay, per diem eligibility, and long‑term aerospace stability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete 737 fuselage structures
- Work from engineering drawings, process specifications, and quality standards
- Perform functional testing to ensure form, fit, and function
- Use precision measuring and test instruments
- Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain tools, equipment, and certifications
- Support production schedules and continuous workflow
- Assist, train, and cross‑train team members
- Train in inspection and become SIA qualified
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of aerospace sheet metal experience
- Strong background in aircraft structures
- 737 structures or rework experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process specs
- Experience with assembly, installation, sub‑assembly, and sealing processes
- Strong inspection and quality verification skills
- Must be eligible for rehire at Boeing (Verification: )
