Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Expediting:
    Develop and maintain project execution schedules using MS Project.
  • Communication & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate project reporting, ensuring clear and consistent communication across multiple projects and project teams.
  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with project managers and production staff to forecast upcoming project activities, track progress, and support resolution of resource conflicts across projects.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Identify critical path activities and potential challenges in project timelines or material deliveries and collaborate on solutions to keep projects moving forward. Develop schedule details to support problem solving and schedule recovery when unexpected events occur.
  • Multitasking & Organization:
    Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining detailed tracking and proactive communication.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Project).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing projects.
  • Familiarity with work orders, work packages, and procedural documentation.
  • Experience working with government-regulated projects (Department of Energy or similar) is a plus but not required.
  • A self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on project success.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

    Demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met, project tracking is accurate, and all necessary documentation is up to date. Maintains a proactive approach to expediting materials and resolving project roadblocks.

    Clearly conveys project updates, material status, and schedule changes to project managers, engineers, technicians, and production teams. Actively listens and responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all stakeholders have the information they need to keep projects moving forward.

    Maintains integrity, accountability, and confidentiality in all project-related interactions. Fosters positive working relationships across teams and external partners by demonstrating respect, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to Excellence:
    Supports project success by maintaining high standards in documentation, workflow coordination, and problem-solving. Takes initiative in identifying inefficiencies and improving processes to enhance overall project performance and delivery.
