Nuclear Jr. Project Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Nuclear Jr. Project Manager to support critical nuclear plant operations and outage activities. This 12-month contract is ideal for a Jr. PM with commercial nuclear power plant experience who can keep outage, maintenance and project work moving safely, efficiently and on budget.

• Coordinate nuclear projects tied to refueling outages, forced outages and online maintenance
• Manage schedules, budgets, work packages, procurement and resource planning
• Track project milestones, resolve delays and elevate risks
• Partner with engineering, operations, vendors and leadership
• Support outage control center activities and project status reporting
• Assist with corrective action and self‑assessment programs

• Commercial nuclear power plant experience required
• Experience with outage planning, maintenance or project coordination
• Strong project coordination or project management background
• Bachelor’s degree + 1 year technical experience, associate degree + 3 years, or high school diploma/GED + 5 years
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
• Ability to work onsite in Richland, WA

• 12-month contract in a high-impact nuclear environment

• Compensation: $35-40 per hour + $216/day per diem
