PositionCivil EIT – Richland, WA. This role deepens technical expertise and takes on increased responsibility across diverse public and private projects.
Responsibilities- Receive direction on engineering tasks and maintain active communication with project managers.
- Effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritize with input from project managers and professional engineers.
- Work in fast‑paced environments across multiple engineering disciplines and project types.
- Prepare construction documents for public and private infrastructure projects.
- Write reports detailing design and functionality of stormwater systems in accordance with local and state requirements.
- Prepare utility designs for stormwater, municipal water and sewer systems.
- Design roadways and prepare grading analysis for sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in civil engineering design tasks for municipal public works and private development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (highly desired).
- Obtained Engineer in Training (EIT) license.
- Familiarity with Hydro‑CAD stormwater modeling software.
- Flexibility, creativity, and openness to learn and develop.
- Knowledge of stormwater analysis software and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Annual Expected Pay Range: $80,500 – $103,000 USD
