Civil EIT – Richland, WA. This role deepens technical expertise and takes on increased responsibility across diverse public and private projects.

• Receive direction on engineering tasks and maintain active communication with project managers.
• Effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritize with input from project managers and professional engineers.
• Work in fast‑paced environments across multiple engineering disciplines and project types.
• Prepare construction documents for public and private infrastructure projects.
• Write reports detailing design and functionality of stormwater systems in accordance with local and state requirements.
• Prepare utility designs for stormwater, municipal water and sewer systems.
• Design roadways and prepare grading analysis for sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering design tasks for municipal public works and private development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (highly desired).
• Obtained Engineer in Training (EIT) license.
• Familiarity with Hydro‑CAD stormwater modeling software.
• Flexibility, creativity, and openness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of stormwater analysis software and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Annual Expected Pay Range: $80,500 – $103,000 USD
