Job Title: Senior Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 Months
Role SummaryResponsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating detailed project schedules for nuclear or engineering projects. Supports project managers by delivering accurate, compliant schedules using Primavera and work management systems to support outage, online, and lifecycle projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to support nuclear and engineering projects
- Ensure schedule integrity and compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule requirements
- Maintain lifecycle project schedules and implement industry best-practice scheduling methodologies
- Coordinate schedule updates between work management and Primavera scheduling tools
- Support refueling outage scheduling activities
- Assist project managers with schedule development, updates, and risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology with 5 years of nuclear power generation experience OR
- Associate degree in a technical field with 7 years of nuclear power generation experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, or journey-level craft roles
- Reactor Operator License
- Proficiency in work management and outage work processes
- Experience with Passport or similar work management systems and Primavera scheduling tools
- Primavera Training Certification (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of report development tools (e.g., Crystal Reports or SQL-based reporting)
- PMP certification
- Strong knowledge of Primavera scheduling and work management system interfaces
- Understanding of preventive maintenance programs, risk management, and work control processes
- Knowledge of system isolation, testing, and restoration impacts on schedules
- Experience developing reports and schedule analysis outputs
- Ability to develop integrated plant schedules across multiple disciplines
- Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder interactions
- Experience with Crystal Reports or SQL-based reporting tools
