Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects II
CTG is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects II to support complex nuclear and engineering projects. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating outage and online work activities, managing schedule performance, and partnering with project managers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong Primavera P6 expertise, project controls experience, and a background supporting large-scale industrial, utility, or nuclear projects.

- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Passport.
- Build detailed schedules for refueling outages, forced outages, online maintenance, and lifecycle projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, critical path impacts, and recommend recovery plans.
- Coordinate scheduling activities with project managers, engineering, maintenance, procurement, and operations teams.
- Support project planning, resource loading, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Maintain schedule accuracy across enterprise scheduling systems.
- Prepare schedule reports, project status updates, and presentations for leadership.
- Assist with long-range planning, project controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support project execution while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Knowledge of critical path methodology (CPM), project controls, and resource-loaded scheduling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, utility, or nuclear capital projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules.
- Experience supporting project managers throughout project planning and execution.
- Experience using enterprise scheduling systems and reporting tools.
- Experience identifying schedule risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Nuclear industry experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field; OR
- Associate's degree in a related technical discipline and two (2) years of technical experience; OR
- High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of technical experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $89.00 to $94.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
