Join us as we make history at the Hanford Vit Plant, known as the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant. We are designing and building a one-of-a-kind facility that will turn radioactive and chemical waste left over from World War II and Cold War plutonium production into a form safe for disposal. Your efforts will help protect the nearby Columbia River and the communities, salmon, and wildlife along its shorelines throughout the Northwest.

The Planner/Scheduler supports the WTP Project Controls organization in the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of the integrated project schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Start‑Up, and other functional groups to ensure planning and scheduling activities effectively support WTP's mission. This position requires strong Primavera P6 scheduling skills, understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Part-Time Telework: This position is a full-time role that offers part-time telework flexibility in the Richland, Washington project office. Upon initial hire and onboarding, the position will require full time presence in the Richland, Washington project office, then may offer part-time telework flexibility. This position works a 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. Please be advised that the telework designation of the position may be changed in the future at the discretion of the company or project.

• Develop, maintain, and status detailed Level 3 and Level 4 schedules in Primavera P6 per WTP Project Controls procedures.
• Interface with CAMs to incorporate progress, coding, changes, and performance metrics into the schedule.
• Analyze schedule performance using critical path, float trends, logic reviews, and risk indicators.
• Integrate schedules with cost and performance measurement systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and variance explanations.
• Support baseline change requests and estimate-to-complete development.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
