CTG is seeking to fill a Project Controls Professional II position for our client.

*

** Richland, WA

** Duration:
** 12 months

** Duties:*
* + Provide integrated project controls support including schedule, cost, and performance analysis for large-scale capital projects

+ Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and support baseline management

+ Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including CPI/SPI tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting

+ Deliver budget-to-actual reporting, forecasting, and cost trend analysis to support project decision-making

+ Monitor scope, schedule, and cost changes and ensure accurate reporting of impacts to stakeholders

+ Support monthly and annual budgeting cycles, including reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis

+ Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review

+ Identify risks, deviations, and performance trends to support proactive project controls actions

+ Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of cost and schedule performance

* + Strong Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology expertise

+ Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling experience (required)

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project

+

Experience with project cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis

+ Strong analytical, mathematical, and data validation skills

+ Ability to interpret complex project schedules and cost structures

+ Strong communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder engagement

+ High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills

+

Experience with project reporting tools (Power BI preferred)

* Education & Experience:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field preferred

OR equivalent combination of education and experience

+ EVM-related certification preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, PMI-PBA)

+ 5+ years of project controls or project management experience in large-scale industrial or capital projects OR

+ Associate degree + 9+ years of relevant experience OR

+ High School diploma/GED + 11+ years of relevant experience

+ Experience in industries such as power generation, heavy industrial, infrastructure, or large manufacturing

+

Experience with Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management systems required

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $86.00 to $90.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
