About the RoleCLA is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Advisor to work in our Tri Cities, WA office or Wenatchee, WA office. The Senior Wealth Advisor serves as a relationship manager providing “Total Wealth Advisory” services to their clients— a comprehensive service that revolves around a personal financial plan and includes advice on all of a client’s financial and tax needs. The Senior Wealth Advisor should have advanced knowledge in tax, investments, financial planning, insurance, estate and retirement planning, manage a book of client relationships, and delegate work as appropriate.
EssentialJob Functions
- Financial Planning: Gather data from clients in the planning process, oversee and delegate financial planning work, deliver financial plans to clients, and make recommendations.
- Client Support: Manage existing & new referral relationships.

Competencies:
Maintain working knowledge of appropriate system applications utilized by the firm and be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible financial services experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- FINRA Series
65 or 66 certification required. - Existing transferable book of business preferred.
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. The compensation range for this position in Washington is $109,000 – $191,000. This role is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company performance and other factors.
