Chase - 2701 Queensgate Drive - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options including the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, engaging, and sharing product knowledge, while collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations duties which may include handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to bank policies
