A growing professional services firm in Richland is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join its leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services for individuals, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary returns.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities through financial analysis, entity structuring, retirement planning strategies, and overall tax optimization.
• Monitor changes in federal and state tax regulations and communicate relevant impacts to clients and internal team members.
• Represent clients before taxing authorities during audits, inquiries, and correspondence as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external professionals to develop comprehensive financial and tax strategies.
• Mentor and support developing tax professionals within the organization.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client retention efforts, and firm leadership activities.

Benefits Offered:

• Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000
