Richland County Ag seeks an Inmate Labor Officer to supervise inmate workers and community service defendants in Public Works. You will assign tasks, monitor safety and quality, and maintain records for diverse maintenance duties.
You will train crews on policies, supervise 40 inmates, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with rules. A valid driver’s license and DOC Training Academy certification are required.
