Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
Unity Health Care is seeking a Clinical Education Academic Coordinator to support the Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner Residency Program (PGNPRP). This role provides administrative, coordination, and data support to ensure effective program operations, reporting, and accreditation compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily administrative operations of the PGNPRP
- Coordinate and track program activities, meetings, and events
- Manage program evaluations, data collection, analysis, and reporting (including HRSA reporting)
- Maintain resident, fellow, and faculty records and scheduling systems
- Assist with accreditation, program evaluations, and annual reports
- Coordinate Advisory Council and other program meetings
- Maintain preceptor credentialing and adjunct faculty documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments and external program partners
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
- High school diploma required;
at least two (2) years of college or equivalent experience preferred
. - Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office management experience
, preferably in an academic or healthcare setting. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort using multiple communication platforms (email, video conferencing, calendars, web-based tools).
