Clinical Pharmacist - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA
The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift Details:- Full time, Variable Shift, 0040 - No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week
- PharmD
- Doctorate of Pharmacy or, - Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor of Pharmacy. - Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
- Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) upon hire.
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
