The Trauma Process Improvement (PI) Coordinator RN/Data Registrar works under the direction of the Trauma Program Manager and is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Trauma Performance Improvement Program. Responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating trauma care to ensure quality care for the trauma patient; providing performance improvement activities such as data collection, analysis, trending, and benchmarking of data outcomes; and participating in the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive staff educational programs, outcome measures, and quality activities.

Full‑time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years experience in a Trauma Registry or trauma care system at the community, state, or national level.
• 1 year advanced understanding of Trauma process improvement, terminology, and standards.
• 3 years previous Emergency or Critical Care nursing experience.

• CEN, CCRN, TCRN, CSTR, or CPHQ upon hire.
• ATCN or TNCC Instructor upon hire.
• ATLS coordinator upon hire.
• 1 year of previous experience with hospital quality management/QI programs.

$49.59 - $76.98 per hour (base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
