Billing and Collections Representative - KC BILLING

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Kadlec Clinic Business Office Manager, the candidate will coordinate the facilities insurance collections and denials management process to ensure the hospital receives appropriate reimbursement for services provided. The role includes identifying and analyzing payer trends and denial patterns, and preparing insurance appeals to secure reimbursement.

• 3 years of experience in a health care setting with a background in all areas of Accounts Receivable.

• Emphasis given to accounting practices, insurance billing and compliance.

Pay range: $19.72 - $30.17 per hour. The base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
