Will position float between units:
Yes, internal in between departments. Must be flexible
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes Every other per CBA
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? Variable/per campus census
Special requirements:
Minimum Level 2 NICU and Adult ICU experience. We do everything we can to ensure that Agency staff are placed on one shift or the other for the entire duration of their 13-week contract. I usually know if it is going to be DAY or NIGHTS a week or two ahead of time.
