Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Urology

We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with a reputable healthcare organization committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive outpatient urology services in a busy clinic setting
Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and history-taking
Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Collaborate with Urology physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage patient education and support to promote health and wellness
Required Skills:
Valid certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Urology
Proven experience in outpatient Urology clinical practice
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Skills:
Prior experience with urological procedures or specialized diagnostics
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing Practice
Minimum of 2 years of recent Urology clinical experience
Current state license and board certification in respective fields
Other Requirements:
Availability to begin coverage as early as March, with full credentialing completed by start date
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
Commitment to maintaining certification and licensure requirements
Travel reimbursements or additional certifications are not required for this position
