We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient urology services in a busy clinic setting
  • Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and history-taking
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with Urology physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage patient education and support to promote health and wellness
Required Skills:
  • Valid certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Urology
  • Proven experience in outpatient Urology clinical practice
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Prior experience with urological procedures or specialized diagnostics
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing Practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Urology clinical experience
  • Current state license and board certification in respective fields
Other Requirements:
  • Availability to begin coverage as early as March, with full credentialing completed by start date
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
  • Commitment to maintaining certification and licensure requirements
  • Travel reimbursements or additional certifications are not required for this position
