Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Urology
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic outpatient urology setting? We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with a reputable healthcare organization committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient urology services in a busy clinic setting
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and history-taking
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with Urology physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage patient education and support to promote health and wellness
- Valid certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Urology
- Proven experience in outpatient Urology clinical practice
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
- Prior experience with urological procedures or specialized diagnostics
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing Practice
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Urology clinical experience
- Current state license and board certification in respective fields
- Availability to begin coverage as early as March, with full credentialing completed by start date
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
- Commitment to maintaining certification and licensure requirements
- Travel reimbursements or additional certifications are not required for this position
