Physician Assistant - Urology, Nurse Practitioner - Urology
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology and make a meaningful impact on patient care. This full-time locum position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable outpatient urology clinic, providing high-quality services to patients in need. With a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and an immediate start upon credentialing, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional urological care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized outpatient urology services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform procedures, assist during examinations, and ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Urology specialty experience is essential.
- Proven clinical expertise in outpatient urology settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Current state licensure and certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive urological procedures.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
- Previous experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic.
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of urology-specific clinical experience.
- State licensure with active certification(s).
- Ability to start as soon as possible and complete credentialing process.
- Willingness to adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- No travel requirements; onsite presence is essential.
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
