Physician Assistant - Urology, Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology and make a meaningful impact on patient care. This full-time locum position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable outpatient urology clinic, providing high-quality services to patients in need. With a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and an immediate start upon credentialing, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional urological care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized outpatient urology services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform procedures, assist during examinations, and ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • Urology specialty experience is essential.
  • Proven clinical expertise in outpatient urology settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Current state licensure and certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with minimally invasive urological procedures.
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic.
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of urology-specific clinical experience.
  • State licensure with active certification(s).
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to start as soon as possible and complete credentialing process.
  • Willingness to adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • No travel requirements; onsite presence is essential.
