Agape Pediatric Therapy is hiring a full or part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our joyful, collaborative, and growing team. Agape is a therapist-owned and locally run pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Richland, WA.
We provide Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services for children of all ages and conditions living in the Tri‑Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco). Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri‑Cities three years in a row.

Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy Assistant license. If out of state or a new graduate not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain a WA COTA license.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic treatment under supervision of an OT.
- Meet weekly with your supervising OT regarding patient progress, concerns, and treatments.
- Develop and train caregivers in home program.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Document clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate across disciplines.
- Attend team meetings.
- Manage time efficiently and follow schedule.
- Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs.
- Support clinic culture and mission.
