Using motivational interviewing, they tailor nutrition plans in a supportive environment, proactively identify patient needs, and provide same-day, no-cost access.
Position details include 1.0 FTE, competitive pay ($32.76-$48.23/hour), a $5,000 hiring/retention bonus, and relocation assistance. Benefits feature employer-paid health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, holidays, and loan repayment options.
Responsibilities encompass conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, collaborating with care teams, mentoring students, and engaging with community resources.
