Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in a one-year post-graduate Pharmacy Practice Residency program at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
• Advance pharmacy practice skills beyond entry-level competence.
• Develop knowledge and attitude necessary for high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Work full time on day shifts, 40 hours per week.

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
• Possess a Washington Pharmacist License or Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration upon hire.
• Obtain Washington Pharmacist License within 120 days of hire or as outlined by program policies.
• Preferred qualifications include a PharmD degree, experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist, demonstrated computer literacy, drug knowledge, IV knowledge, and compounding ability.

• Base pay within a wage range determined by relevant job experience and other factors.
• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
