Previous charge experience is required.

Experience with patient ratio of 1:1 is necessary.

Experience using the Epic charting system is required.

Travel experience is preferred.

Pediatric population experience is essential.

Description:

This position is for a Travel Echo Tech.

The role involves working with both adult and pediatric echocardiography.

You will be responsible for performing 2-D and 3-D echocardiograms.

The technologist will handle various procedures, including pharmacologic stress echo and transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE).A rotating weekend schedule is necessary.

On-call duties are required after 5:30 PM until 7:00 AM as determined.

Candidates should be prepared to float between units as needed.

You will collaborate with another sonographer during your shifts.

The usual working hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the possibility of some variation.

The facility has a daily census of diverse patient age groups, including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Understanding of adult cardiac conditions, as well as pediatric cases, is essential.

All time spent on modules is factored into your non-billable hours.

This position requires a commitment to working three of five major holidays.

References covering experience within the last three years are mandatory.

The candidate must disclose any previous working experience related to the facility.

Flexibility with scheduled shifts is important due to vacation requests from other staff.

The role may involve scanning complex anomalies and working with portable studies.
